The 5/2 diet is one of the relatively popular diets that people today follow in order to lose weight. It is also known as the Fast diet. It is relatively simple in its basic concept. People only need to fast or limit calorie intake for 2 days and eat normally for 5 days. The two-day fasting period should not be on consecutive days. This diet does not require people to go on a full fast, just limiting calorie intake
