Mexican Salmon Pizza

This is a really tasty pizza recipe, and it’s topped with loads of crushed tostadas-or tortilla chips-on top.

Nonstick cooking spray
1 small purchased baked pizza crust, about 7 inches in diameter
1/4 cup bottled salsa or picante sauce
1/4 cup coarsely crushed tostadas
1/4 cup cooked flaked salmon
1/8 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup shredded Mexican seasoned cheese or monterey jack cheese

1. Heat oven over 450ºF. Spray top surface of the crust with a nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet.

2. Spread the salsa sauce on the crust.

3. Top each crust with tostadas, salmon, onion, and cheese.

4. Bake the pizza until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned for 8 to 10 minutes.
