BBQ Pork Tenderloin

For this recipe you will need:

3/4 pound of pork tenderloin
some sweet barbecue sauce
1 cup of tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of liquid smoke
3 packets of Splenda sweetener

To begin, cut the pork into 3/4" slices and pound them until they become thin.

Next, heat some oil in the pan and sprinkle it with some salt and pepper as well as some Old Bay seasoning. Saute the pork in the oil for a few minutes until it cooks. Take the strips out of the pan and top them with BBQ sauce.

For the sauce, combine all of the ingredients (tomato sauce, vinegar, Splenda and liquid smoke) and cook it over a low fire for about 10 minutes.

This recipe is good for two servings and totals to about 4.8 carbohydrate, 230 calories. The cup of sauce totals to about 23 carbohydrates and 105 calories.
