Grilled Pineapple

4 slices fresh pineapple, cored and peeled
8 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup rum

recipe directions

Marinate pineapple slices in rum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Place on broiler pan in one layer and sprinkle with half of the brown sugar. Broil about 5 inches from heat for 3 mintues. Turn over and sprinkle with remaining sugar and broil another 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
