You may be feeling tired and fatigued because you do not have enough vitamin B12. This nutrient helps in the production of red blood cells and aid in the proper functioning of neurons. Some people may be feeling constant fatigue because they may have a heart disease that they do not yet know about. According to a study, around half of women who reported heart attacks also reported having trouble sleeping and felt very fatigued prior to the incidence of the heart attack. Heart disease can cause the heart to reduce its ability to circulate blood throughout the body. This will further lead to the tissues and muscles in the body getting lesser and lesser oxygen to function, increasing the chances of feeling tired and fatigued.
If you think that taking it easy more often will help you rejuvenate and energize, then think again. While rest may be essential, too much of it can also cause you to feel tired and fatigued. A sedentary lifestyle can disrupt your sleep patterns because you do not have a means to release the energy or stress hormones you may have stored throughout the day. This may cause you to get little sleep when you needed it. You then feel tired and fatigued that will stretch on until the end of the day.
