Benefits – the acai berry’s high antioxidant level may help prevent diseases caused by oxidative stress including cancer and heart disease.

Goji berry

Found in the Himalayas, Goji berries contain 18 amino acids and 21 trace minerals, as well as the highest antioxidant level, with over 25,300 ORAC units per 100 grams. They contain more beta carotene than carrots, and are a good source of vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, vitamin E and essential fatty acids.

Benefits – these berries contain vitamin A-rich compounds that may have anti-aging benefits, boost immune system, protect vision and prevent heart disease.

Pomegranates

Pomegranates have excellent antioxidant properties and are rich in minerals including calcium, potassium, and iron.
