The Weight Watchers Mobile app features recipes, an online community, a shopping list, and a WW Meeting finder. It can be used by both members and non-members alike, although members have access to more features such as the PointsPlus Tracker, Weight Tracker, and a Cheat Sheet.
PointsPlus Tracker lets members input the food they ate and the app automatically adds the associated points they have fulfilled in a day. They can also enter the fat, carbohydrates, fiber, and protein contents of the food products they consumed to get the PointsPlus value. This section even tracks the physical activities you have done and supplements (such as multivitamins and healthy oils) you have taken. The app also has a Weight Tracker that keeps tabs on your weight over time.
Another feature found in Weight Watchers Mobile is the Cheat Sheet, which encourages members to eat what they want with good portion control in mind. It shows how many points you have accumulated according to your serving of pizza, cocktails, pasta, salad, etc.
