Rehydrated skin is a sign of a healthy skin so try to drink up water more often to make it stay that way.

Dark Colored Urine

If you went to the toilet to pee and see yellowish colored urine, then it might be a sign that you don’t have enough water that your body needs. You may be seriously dehydrated if the color becomes dark brown. You might need to drink up some water as soon as possible.
