This exercise video is broken up into 5 sections that you can mix up to fit your exercise needs and your schedule. Also, this exercise is not as repetitive, like the other exercise videos that has you doing the same things again and again.
Tracey Mallet also has offers clear and easy-to-understand/follow instructions. Or at least better than her other workout DVD, Firm It. (I think Burn It is just better overall). Still, I think Tracey Mallet is a really good fitness instructor: motivational and energetic. She also mixes up some of the routines so it breaks the monotony of the reps.
Plus, her credentials are quite impressive. It’s also really inspiring that she’s a mother of two. It makes her more "real" which in turn makes her workout routine "doable" for people, especially for mothers.
