No More Trouble Zone is a pretty intense workout, so I’m not sure if beginners can keep up. But then Michaels shows some adjustments for beginners, so it might still work for those who want to start with a bang. Also, the circuit exercises are weighs-and uses dumbbells, chairs, etc. Pro equipment-less fitness enthusiasts might not be into it, but I see no problem with that, since dumbbells do not cost that much anyway.
That said, you’re sure to feel burns (you know that "just exercised" feeling you get in your muscles) in (body) parts you’ve never felt burns in before, like your hips and gluts, which means that yes, you are working your "trouble zones" to inexistence.
Also, I think that Jillian Michaels is a great instructor and also a great motivator – and one heck of a workout buff!
