Get Sexy! Learn, Firm and Tone with Michael Carson

Looking our best is always a prime consideration – whether we admit it to ourselves or not. This is why we often seek different pursuits to put our best foot forward, especially where our physical attributes are concerned. Some people are even willing to resort to stomach surgeries to make ourselves appear less fat and more physically appealing.  Stomach surgeries are quite costly; dangerous too. This is why I think I’d rather take a chance with some new fitness routine instead of going under the knife.

Take Michael Carson’s fitness routine for instance. It’s fairly innovative in that its moves involve using 2 to 5 lb. handheld heavy ball or medicine ball. This ball is supposed to help "boost the fat-burning intensity" in your workout.

Carson’s exercise though, are partitioned as thus: a 10-minute toning intro; a 14-minute aerobics and toning mix, followed immediately by a six 6-minute toning segment; another 16-minute aerobics-toning set, followed by a 10-minute toning segment, and wrapped up by a 2-minute stretching segment. Carson uses squat-based moves that are full of range of motion (ROM). I love the "sexy seven" moves which are part of the 10-minute toning intro. I also like that Michael Carson was able to clearly and carefully explain these moves in the segment.

Admittedly, I was rather apprehensive about the inclusion of the balls in the routine. I thought it was just some sort of gimmick to stand out or to make people think, "Hey, that’s something new." But then, using a 5 lb. ball – you will immediately feel its effect.
