I always thought Bellydancing is a very sexy and exotic. For those who think the same, and would want to learn how to bellydance their way to fitness can get their copy of Bellydance for Core Fitness DVD. But before you do, you might want read this.

The Bellydance for Core Fitness workout focuses on the abdominal core muscles. explains that "core muscles are our deepest muscles, that provide the"cement" that holds the frame of the body, the skeletal structure, together." On the downside, the video quality is bad, as is the sound quality. Think more-than-20-years-behind bad.

But, if you have no qualms about audio and video quality circa Raging Bull (the 1980’s movie has better quality) then by all means, get your copy and start gyrating.
