The 10-Minute Solution DVDs are created for busy folks who can’t find the time to chill, let alone workout.
Jessica Smith’s 10 Minute Solution: Knockout Body Workout uses kickboxing-inspired moves to burn fats and sculpt your body.
Like other 10-Minute Solutions exercises, the Knockout Body Workout is divided into five segments – 3 of which are cardio-sculpting moves, 1 cardio segment, and 1 sculpting segment – that you can interchange every day or do all together for an exhilarating 50-minute kickboxing session.
The first segment is the Knockout Body Blast which uses kickboxing workout mixes plus cardio and strength moves combos for overall tightening and tonin.
The second segment is called the Fat Attack which, as the name suggests, burns flabs away using punch-and-kick cardio kickboxing moves.
Fierce & Fabulous Abs, the third segment, raises your heart rate while working your abs and lower back to strengthen and slim down your midsection and create curves.
The fourth segment is the Ultimate Upper Body which focuses more on the upper body. It uses boxing-inspired cardio-sculpting moves to work your back, arms and shoulder.
The last segmentis the Kickbox Cross Train. I think its the best workout among the five, because it’s the most intense. It uses combinations of cardio, core, endurance, and power moves to really burn fats and calories away and tone your body body overall.
This exercises DVD is perfect for intermediate level exercisers, though I think beginners won’t have trouble doing the first three or even four moves. Gym buffs on the other hand, I think, will enjoy the Kickbox Cross Train segment.
Fitness instructor Jessica Smith was able to really demonstrate the moves keep you motivated. Although sometimes I think she goes kind of fast – beginners might have trouble keeping up. But overall I think she’s donea great job.
