Xengevity, Meal Delivery Diet

Ever wonder how it would be getting a daily delivery of nutritious dishes? That dream, and the delivery concept behind it, will provide just that. Xengevity is a meal delivery plan that aims to promote wellness, good health, and longevity and integrate them into everything you do in life. Enrollees to this meal plan can also receive a weekly health report and even special discounts.

What it does?

Xengevity provides meals to its subscribers that are designed to boost you energy, increase endurance, revitalize your appearance, eliminate desperate eating, and provide financial opportunity and value. Meals are delivered weekly and it includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

All of the meals served are low in fat, sodium, and cholesterol. The meals also adhere to the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the American Dietetic Association. This program claims that you lose two to three pounds every week.

The meals provided every week depend on the meal plan that you choose. The meal plans vary on how you want to eat, whether it is vegetarian, low carb, low fat, or what it recommended for men and women. You can also get to choose how much daily calories you want in your meals (either 1,200 or 1,600 calories), as well as how many days worth of meals you receive (meals for five days or seven).

The food comes frozen and you are required to keep it frozen until you are ready to eat it. Meals can also be adjusted if you have particular food allergies. Subscribing to the program costs about $150 every week, plus shipping.

Xengevity also encourages you to exercise for 30 minutes a day. However, it does not say what exercise routines you are supposed to do. The program also gives you an opportunity to earn more money through its commission program, wherein you recruit other people who want to lose weight to get on to the program themselves.

Convenience is the key element of Xengevity. You no longer have to go through lengths of reading labels, counting calories, and feeling guilty whenever you eat too much.

Xengevity does not teach you how to prepare the meals yourself and its commission program can be more work than reward.

Xengevity can be your answer to providing healthy meals in this fast-paced world. It also gets you into the entrepreneurial spirit by encouraging others to subscribe to the program as well. However, this meal-based diet should only be done if you are willing to pay the money and interested to get into their business.
