The Bikini Bootcamp website offers a variety of tools and information about slimming down and toning your core.  This includes a daily meal planner, an interactive shopping list, custom fitness planner, weight tracker, and activity calculator.

The program also includes a wide array of healthy recipes that they guarantee to leave you satisfied and full without the guilt. 

Most of the dishes have Asian and Mexican influences, and the use of organic and lean ingredients is much emphasized.  The Bikini Bootcamp also incorporates an exercise workout that incorporates core training, yoga, and walking.

Whether you choose the book version or monitor your weight using its website, the Bikini Bootcamp is reasonably priced.

Advantages

The Bikini Bootcamp program is fully-personalized, outlining meals and exercise routines (which focuses on reviving your mind, body, and soul) to meet one’s goal. 

Disadvantages

However, it sounds unreasonable when they claim that your body would become "bikini-ready" in two weeks even if you have to exercise for two hours everyday (considering how our body "plateaus" at a certain point). 

Also, its online version does not seem to have an effective customer service.  Still, the pros that the Bikini Bootcamp provides completely outweigh the cons.
