3 Day Solution Plan

This is one particular diet which should be followed not for more than three (3) days. This is specifically made for the person to be able to lose up to ten pounds if followed correctly.

This is a calorie limited diet that is designed to be strictly followed for just three days. After undergoing this particular diet, the person should return to their normal healthy eating pattern. Another thing that the dieter should remember is that they should be able to check themselves for overeating. That shouldn’t be the case after they come out of the 3-day diet.

Obviously, this particular diet is not a proper, sustainable diet as it restricts ones calories in order to achieve weight loss. It does away with the normal formula for weight loss which is the duo of exercise and healthy eating.

One of the unique aspects of the diet is that you are only supposed to drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day. Anything that you add to your meals in order to flavor them are herbs, salt and pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup. These are all the condiments that you are allowed to put in your foods. Here is a sample breakdown of a day’s meal.

For breakfast here are what you should only have: Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water 1/2 Grapefruit or Juice, 1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter.

For lunch you should try 1/2 Cup of tuna, 1 slice toast, 1 cup of black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

Finally, for dinner, you can prepare 3 oz. of any lean meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1 medium apple and 1 cup of black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

Any person who’s going to adopt this diet for a full three days should always remember to go and revert back to their normal eating habits and should not make this a regular diet for them even if it supposedly takes off the pounds.

This is only suggested for a short-term type of weight loss and it should not be toyed with as it might have dangerous repercussions if any person tries to go on this diet for more than three days. It is best that after you lose the weight, you should immediately go back to eating a healthy diet and just adding exercise as part of a regular healthy regimen.

If you try to add this as part of a long-term diet plan that you’re going to embark on, you could eventually gain the weight back in the long run.
