Mariah Carey Bleak Diet

Mariah CareyWe have seen her career go up and down, but one thing is for sure:  Mariah Carey has got to be one of the sexiest pop singers in the planet.  So what keeps her body banging?  She actually has her own diet plan, which she swears of its positive effects.

The gist

There is little information about Mariah’s Bleak Diet, as this is a diet program she created herself.  What we know is that her eating plan consists of soups and fish that are prepared blandly, meaning it does not have any sugar, salt, and other spices. 

Carey claims she lost 32 pounds and two sizes in four months just by following this diet.  Meanwhile, her exercise regimen is more water-aerobic intensive.  This means she works out on a pool, using the water pressure as resistance.

Advantages and disadvantages

It is understandable that several flavorings may cause negative effects on the body such as sugar and artificial sweeteners, but eliminating them outright (including salt and other spices) may not create a really tasty treat. 

Since the foods are to be prepared with no flavoring, it would be tough to stick to the diet for a very long time unless you have the discipline to keep it. 

Also having limited food choices, then turning it into soup, may cause rapid weight loss which many health experts say may actually cause more harm than good.
