Jessica Alba

Voted FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the world in 2007, Jessica Alba gave birth to daughter Honor Marie last year. During her pregnancy, the actress gained 25 lbs and admitted to Cosmopolitan UK that she has never felt less sexy and couldn’t weight to lose all the baby weight she gained. She shared that during her pregnancy she also craved most foods in general during her pregnancy, but suddenly developed a desire for citrus fruits like oranges and lemonade.

How did she lose all that weight? "I wore a girdle," the actress admitted to Elle magazine. "Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist — any kind of band or girdle works."

But then the actress also had to hit the gym to be in shape for the Campari’s annual calendar photo shoot. "[The workouts] were horrible," she told the magazine.
Aside from the working out, the star also shed the extra pounds she gained by going on trainer-to-the-stars Ramona Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan, where the Jessica went on a low-fat, low-carb diet and worked out with her trainer six days a week.

During her pregnancy with son Bronx, the singer gained 30 pounds and proudly shared on her blog that wasn’t concerned about gaining weight. "Carrying a child is the most inspiring, emotional, amazing experience of my life. My weight and my pants size are the absolute last thing I am concerned about. I am only concerned with having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby."

Halle Berry

The Oscar winning actress maintained a healthy exercise routine even during her pregnancy by doing yoga and swimming. Six weeks after giving birth to daughter Nala, the beautiful actress showed-off her flawless figure – thanks to 1 hour-sessions with celeb trainer Ramona Braganza. Halle used the elliptical and stair climbing machines and did kickboxing during their workout sessions.

Heidi Klum

The supermodel reportedly gained 48 pounds when pregnant with her son. Just 7 weeks after giving birth, Heidi hit the Victoria’s Secret Runway – the result of intense workouts with a trainer. The supermodel also followed a diet plan similar to the 3-Hour Diet, wherein she ate small meals every three hours.
